Having a website shouldn’t mean having to become a developer. I can get to know your setup and help you take care of it over time.
Talk about ongoing help ↗Before you say hello
A broken link, a page update, or a form that stopped working is a perfectly good reason to get in touch. Tell me what you need and I’ll help you work out the next step.
Yes. Send me the link and describe what you’d like to fix or improve. I’ll take a look at the setup first, then explain what I can help with and what access would be needed.
Start with your website link, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot or error message can help, but plain English is enough to start. Please don’t send passwords in your first message.
It depends on the problem and the setup. I’ll clarify the scope and agree on the cost with you before starting paid work. If something needs investigating first, we’ll agree on that step too.
Get in touch and tell me what’s affected and how urgent it is. I’ll confirm availability and a realistic next step. For ongoing support, we agree on coverage and response expectations together.
No. You can ask for a one-off fix or improvement. If you’d like regular help, we can agree on what makes sense for your website and how you work.
A link and a few words about the problem is a great start.
